| Capoeira- is a Brazilian aerobic art form combining elements of martial arts, music and dance. The ritual sprung from oppression and grew through the Roda(hoh-dah)-an energized circle of people focused on passing the tradition from teacher to student. Today Capoeira is practiced around the globe. At Renzo Gracie Academy (RGA) of Cresskill, NJ we've taken the traditional elements of Capoeira and the high energy of aerobic movements and combined them into a well rounded 1 hour session that focuses on flexibility , core strength and self defense movements.
